Founded in 2018 by Alex LaFleur and Zack Thibodeaux, Manifest Roofing brings passion for construction and insurance to the greater Acadiana and beyond.
From Panama City to Houma, they’ve helped homeowners and businesses document damages post-catastrophe, serving as insurance appraisers, 16th JDC experts, and trial-qualified consultants. Their mission? Build relationships and deliver 100% claim approvals.
Alex LaFleur
Owner and operator Alex LaFleur—a lifelong South Louisiana native—brings over 15 years of leadership experience in construction, oilfield services. Born in Opelousas, raised in Carencro, and now based in Breaux Bridge, Alex takes pride in serving the community he calls home. With hands-on roofing experience and a focus on customer satisfaction, Alex founded Manifest Roofing to deliver dependable service and lasting results. Whether residential or commercial, repairs or full replacements, Manifest is dedicated to protecting what matters most—your home, business, and peace of mind.
Zack Thibodeaux
Zack Thibodeaux is a licensed Louisiana building contractor, independent adjuster, certified roofing damage and repairability assessor, and nationally recognized insurance appraiser with over ten years of experience serving property owners across the Gulf South. As the owner of Manifest Roofing and Construction (partner) and Essential Claim Solutions, Zack combines technical construction expertise with in-depth knowledge of insurance claim processes.

We had a tree fall on our house in May 2024. Alex and Manifest came the very next day. Our insurance initially only approved a small amount so Alex took over from there and got us enough funds approved to get our house back as it was. We needed a new roof, tree removed, new patio, new fence and interior work where the sheet rock in the dining room was ruined. As soon as the funds came in Alex got his crews to work. He even had his roofers out there at 6 am because it had been raining nonstop for 2 weeks and was going to rain again that day. They came in and got the roof replaced in record time. Alex worked closely with us and kept us updated the whole process. I can not recommend him and Manifest enough for any project you may have.
