When you use the chat on this site, we collect your name, phone number and the choices you make about text messages. Like most websites, the site also records basic visit information such as browser type and pages viewed.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your request, schedule inspections, prepare estimates, keep you updated on your project, and, only if you agree, send you text messages.

Text messages

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this website, our email and our messaging, and only so they can do that work for us, or when the law requires it.
